Fulfillment Team Member | Lyttelton
NODE is seeking a casual Fulfillment Team Member to support our growing eCommerce operation. This position is primarily responsible for fulfilling online orders from our complex and ever-changing inventory, which includes specialty and perishable items such as hand-made pottery and live plants. Must have a solid knowledge of houseplants in New Zealand as well as be able to follow procedures including picking and packing of orders, and be able to adhere to strict timelines to dispatch orders. We are seeking an extremely organized person who thrives under pressure, with an exceptional level of attention to detail. You must enjoy working as part of a team, but you're able to work independently and prioritize your own workload. Opportunity to grow within the company.

We are looking for a fun, enthusiastic sales associate to join our growing team. In this role, you will help us provide an unmatched level of customer service, making each customer's experience at NODE rewarding and unforgettable. Responsibilities include greeting, welcoming, and assisting customers. You will be required to maintain a good knowledge of all houseplants, products, and inventory, handle checkout and perform basic cleaning duties. We are looking for someone that is self-motivated, adaptable and willing to work on weekends, evening and holidays as needed. You must be able to demonstrate resilience and the ability to work in a complex and changing environment. Customer Experience Lead | Lyttelton
We’re looking for a Customer Experience (CX) Lead to join our growing team. In this role, you will oversee customer service inquiries received throughout the week to ensure customers are responded to quickly and efficiently so that NODE's customer experience exceeds expectations at every touchpoint. You should be comfortable on the frontlines with customers (phone, email, live chat) as well as working with the Retail Manager to escalate and resolve issues. You must be passionate about helping our customers live a life well-lived by anticipating, meeting, and even exceeding their needs to ensure they have an enriching experience. When issues arise, you reason and intuit to provide a fair and timely resolution. You should desire to continually evolve and level up, both by taking risks to create and innovate and using failure as a learning experience. Digital Content Team Member | Global
We are currently seeking a skilled content creator who will work alongside the creative team in order to create social and media content for NODE. . You will be responsible for creating new assets, sourcing content, creating motion graphics or short videos (typically from existing assets), and developing new ways to connect with our audience. In this role, you will be part of a team in developing compelling creative that brings our brand essence to life. You will be responsible for conceiving and executing creative collateral across all digital (web, social media, email, video, programmatic). Your ability to bring business objectives to life will result in a best-in-class experience for our customers. You will help manage content online and on social media. Must have experience in digital media and marketing, with good knowledge of the houseplant industry. Must have knowledge of Canva and Wix. This is a contractor role with the potential to grow. Not essential to be based in New Zealand but must be able to attend meetings during NZ business hours.
